Our History
Kap Impex is not just a business;
it embodies a legacy that took root in 1970 when Mr. Teka Mal Essarani and his
family initiated rice farming under the banner of ABAD GAR RICE FARMING. In
1985, Mr. Essarani took a significant stride by founding a Rice Husking Plant
named ABAD GAR RICE MILL in Matli city, Southern Pakistan. His unparalleled
commitment to quality ignited increased demand, leading to the establishment of
a second rice husking plant, MOL RICE MILL, in 2000, situated in the
surroundings of Matli city to meet the burgeoning needs of local buyers.
As our commitment to quality
persisted, our rice found its way to international markets through various
exporters. This global exposure paved the way for our brands to reach consumers
directly around the world. In 2008, Mr. Ashok Kumar Essarani, the elder son of
Mr. Teka Mal Essarani, ventured into the import and export business with the
establishment of MOL ENTERPRISES, primarily importing pulses from Australia and
Canada. In 2019, Mr. Ashok Kumar Essarani took a monumental step by
establishing KAP IMPEX RICE MILL. This state-of-the-art facility, located at
Port Qasim Eastern Industrial Zone in Karachi, boasts advanced rice processing
capabilities.
Under the visionary leadership of
Mr. Ashok Kumar Essarani, Kap Impex has successfully exported to various
countries worldwide. Our journey stands as a testament to the values instilled

History
THAT HAS ANCESTRAL ROUTES TO RICE FARMING
Asif Rice is owned by an agro based family having ancestral routes in the rice sector, from farming to retaildistribution since 1962. Our Journey started from Larkana, a city located in Sindh province of Pakistan. This city is known for its highest rice cultivation of many different varieties. Asif Rice over the time has established & equipped itself with cuting edge technologies, value added services and well trained human resources throughout its rice growing, milling, processing and exports.
We export variety of Basmati & Non Basmati Pakistani rice, in all forms such as Brown – White – Parboiled and Steam rice to all regions. Our regular clientele is situated in 80 countries.
We have also established our distribution and sales offices in different countries.
